Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours of placement.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and are generally as follows:
    • Standard/economy Shipping: 2-8 business days (depends on location)
           

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently don't offer international shipping to select countries. 

 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's website and ByHome website.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for us to process a replacement or refund.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. However, we will assist in tracking down any lost or significantly delayed shipments.
